There is a significant trend towards character education as a component of leader development, and we are at the forefront of this trend.
All of our programming is centered around the idea that leadership is THE distinguishing factor in the success of a team or organization and that character is the foundation of great leadership.
Elite organizations, units, and teams win the right way by simultaneously developing great people and then empowering them to lead the right way.
The Team Character Simulation program uses a combination of character strengths assessment and crew resource management training to move the needle from experience to execution as we work to build collective character and maximize leadership performance for your organization.
All of our simulations are based on real-life missions and showcase the same process used by naval aviation units in screening their pilots for designation as mission commanders. We will turn the classroom, boardroom, or film room into an aviation “ready room”, providing each participant with a briefing for their day’s mission and then guiding them through a series of situations in which they must work together in different “crews” to solve the challenges they face in-flight with other stakeholders, their crew, and their adversaries, in a race against the clock and each other to see who can successfully complete the mission and return to base safely.
The simulation is followed-up with immediate debrief and reflection by all participants, focusing our time together on:
